As a Lead CRM Solutions Architect, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the deployment and customization of solutions tailored for our varied clientele. You will partner closely with clients to grasp their operational requirements and convert these into impactful technical solutions.
Core Responsibilities :
- Direct and manage comprehensive implementation projects, encompassing requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions.
- Work in conjunction with clients to comprehend their operational workflows, evaluate requirements, and suggest creative solutions.
- Configure and tailor applications to align with client-specific requirements, leveraging your extensive technical expertise.
- Offer technical direction and support to project teams, ensuring the delivery of superior solutions within established timelines.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives to empower clients and project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Significant experience as a Technical Consultant, focusing on Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
- Comprehensive understanding of Azure, Functional Apps, Service Buses, and SQL.
- Proven track record in leading implementation projects from start to finish.
- Strong grasp of best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
