Rate: £650 per day (Outside IR35)

Reports to: Global Programme Director

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Solution Architect to join our Global Transformation Programme team. This role is crucial for the successful implementation of our customer relationship management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM solutions, strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes, and exceptional leadership and analytical skills.

  • Act as the CRM Solution Architect for the design, build, and delivery of end-to-end CRM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Provide architecture guidance and advice on system design, build, and complex configuration.
  • Lead workshops with the Systems Integrator, business stakeholders, SMEs, and BPOs throughout the implementation lifecycle, including Design, Testing, Data Migration, and hyper care cutover activities.
  • Offer in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing submodules to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Ensure effective integration with other modules, such as customer service and sales, to support customer relationships.
  • Support data activities, training, functional testing, interface testing, unit testing, regression, UAT, and business transition for go-live.
  • Provide functional support to internal stakeholders and business units related to the CRM system and landscape.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide detailed knowledge to the integration team for interfacing with third-party systems, such as ERP, HR, and Payroll.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM technologies, specifically Salesforce.
  • At least 5 full Salesforce implementation experiences as a Solution Architect, preferably in a global transformation programme.
  • Strong integration knowledge with third-party systems, particularly for customer data management.
  • Ability to determine project requirements and develop work schedules with the project team.
  • Strong team player who can manage the pressures of CRM implementations.
