Job Title: CRM Solutions Architect

An exciting opportunity to work with our award-winning client as a Solution Architect on greenfield and brownfield projects.

As a leading Microsoft Partner, we work across multiple industries with a diverse client portfolio.

As an expert in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, you will specialize in architecture and design, ensuring customers get the most out of their tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to advise on Microsoft Dynamics implementation, considering infrastructure, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Specialize in Architecture & Design (Dynamics CE - Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Services & Power Platform).
  • Lead the design of both functional and technical teams throughout full project life cycles.
  • Provide valuable support to the practice lead in planning delivery of solutions and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Senior Level - Experience in Microsoft stack with a history of working as a technical consultant or architect within a Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM) environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful implementations on complex Customer Service and Field Service engagements.
  • In-depth understanding of D365 CE and experience of working on full life cycle implementations across various versions of Dynamics CRM.
