People Solutions Lead

Location: This position is offered on a permanent basis and allows for a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with office presence.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled People Solutions Lead to become a vital part of our HR Shared Services team.

In this role, you will manage a team of proficient HR Specialists dedicated to supporting the organization in their specific areas, such as Employee Relations and Compensation. You will enhance the People Shared Services team to provide a centralized, high-quality service to the organization, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement, a strong emphasis on data accuracy, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and assist in the establishment and launch of People Shared Services operations for new regions or services.
  • Partner with HR and legal departments to resolve intricate employee relations matters.
  • Facilitate operational readiness for the rollout of new systems or processes.
  • Supervise cyclical tasks, including the annual performance review, salary adjustments, bonuses, and promotions, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Develop HR processes and assist in their implementation across various countries utilizing technology platforms.
  • Handle HR cases for executive personnel, including the design and provision of a customized VIP service.

About You:

  • Expert in employee relations with comprehensive knowledge across all ER and change management areas.
  • Significant experience with TUPE, Organizational Design, and Union relations.
  • In-depth understanding of UK employment legislation and its practical application.
  • Proven track record in establishing a HR Shared Services team and/or expanding the scope of operations (processes and geography).
  • Inspiring leader with experience in coaching, developing, and motivating teams in a hybrid or remote setting.
  • Strong persuasive abilities to secure support for change initiatives and achieve excellence.
