Lead CRM Solutions Architect

Hitachi Solutions is on the lookout for experienced Lead CRM Solutions Architects to enhance our innovative team. This role presents a remarkable chance to engage with advanced technologies, collaborate with industry experts, and significantly contribute to the success of our clients.
As a Lead CRM Solutions Architect, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the deployment and customization of solutions tailored for our varied clientele. You will partner closely with clients to grasp their operational requirements and convert these into effective technical implementations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage comprehensive implementation initiatives, encompassing requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM systems.
- Engage with clients to comprehend their operational workflows, assess requirements, and suggest innovative technical solutions.
- Configure and tailor applications to align with client-specific demands, leveraging your extensive technical expertise.
- Offer technical leadership and support to project teams, ensuring the delivery of superior solutions within established timelines.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower clients and project stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect, focusing on Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Expertise in programming languages such as .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Azure, Functional Apps, Service Buses, and SQL databases.
- Demonstrated ability to lead implementation projects from start to finish.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for collaborating effectively with clients and project teams.
