About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and confident individual to join our Sales Team in a Customer Service Advisor role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers via phone and other communication channels.
  • Upsell and cross-sell EE products and services to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with EE products and services, and provide expert knowledge to customers.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
