About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our beer dispense equipment in a wide range of locations, including pubs, clubs, restaurants, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain beer dispense equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct surveys and assessments to identify equipment needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and colleagues as needed.
  • Manage vehicle stock and arrange travel routes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to build strong relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Live within the designated area (LA, FY, BB, PR postcodes).
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • Be comfortable using modern technology devices, including smartphones, apps, and tablets.
  • Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have good problem-solving skills and be able to handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Have good verbal and written skills.
