Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership – Oversee and inspire Brow and Beauty advisors, ensuring they are motivated and roles are effectively delegated to meet sales targets and uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Sales Achievement – Drive counter and service sales by guiding your team, connecting with customers, showcasing products, and performing beauty services to encourage repeat visits.
  • Brow Services – Provide expert brow services, including waxing, tinting, and tweezing, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Comprehensive training will be provided to enhance your skills.
  • Team Collaboration – Foster a positive team environment through daily meetings, open communication, and recognition of achievements to meet both individual and counter goals.
  • Event Promotion – Innovate and execute in-store and external events to enhance business, including product launches and charity initiatives.
  • Inventory Management – Maintain optimal stock levels at the counter and promptly report any issues to management.
  • Effective Communication – Act as a liaison between store and area managers, ensuring transparent communication within the team.
  • Administrative Duties – Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administrative tasks, assisting with area manager responsibilities as needed.
  • Staff Scheduling – Create fair and balanced staff rotas on a monthly basis.
  • Hygiene Standards – Ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.

Qualifications

Salary – £21,500 – £27,500 (dependent on experience & performance of counter)
