As a Counter Manager, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for enhancing the customer experience and ensuring they leave feeling fabulous. You will engage with clients, perform makeovers, and promote our top-selling products, all while fostering a fun and energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership – Oversee and inspire Brow and Beauty advisors, ensuring that sales objectives are achieved and exceptional customer service is delivered.
- Sales Achievement – Drive counter and service sales by effectively managing the team, connecting with customers, showcasing products, and facilitating beauty services.
- Brow Services – Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure expertise.
- Team Collaboration – Conduct daily meetings and maintain open communication to keep the team motivated and aligned with individual and collective goals.
- Event Planning – Innovate and execute promotional events, both in-store and externally, to boost business and engage with the community.
- Inventory Management – Ensure the counter is well-stocked and promptly address any inventory concerns with management.
- Communication – Act as a liaison between store management and area management, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Administrative Duties – Complete necessary administrative tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, assisting management as needed.
- Staff Scheduling – Create fair and balanced staff schedules on a monthly basis.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene – Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and display area at all times.
