Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing closing team to optimise conversion rates and sales efficiency.
  • Sales Training & Best Practices: Develop and roll out comprehensive sales training programs and establish best practices to enhance team performance and drive sales growth.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective tracking, management, and conversion of leads.
  • Strategic Impact: Contribute to the strategic direction of the sales function, working closely with other team members to align efforts with the company's goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales metrics and performance data to refine strategies, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive success.
