About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Regulatory Specialist to join our team at SRG, a leading global FMCG product testing company. As a Product Regulatory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our clients' products, while maintaining regulatory compliance across a portfolio of cosmetic and personal care products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently execute and manage regulatory activities to ensure compliance with global market regulations.
  • Conduct physical reviews and scanning of packaging against approved artwork, identifying and correcting errors.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of regulatory functions and stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure accurate maintenance of products in global markets.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion of regulatory tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of regulatory activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the cosmetic and personal care industry.
  • Strong knowledge of classifications of cosmetic and personal care products, including CLP, PETA, Leaping Bunny, and REACH.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
