We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Enablement professional to join our team at Klaviyo Inc. as a Lead Sales Enablement Partner, EMEA. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving sales growth and revenue across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support the EMEA sales organization.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop targeted content and enablement programs.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Measure and report on enablement success metrics, including sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, preferably in a high-growth technology company.
- Strong understanding of sales dynamics and the ability to develop targeted enablement programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive business decisions and improve sales performance.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
