Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Certinia PS (Human Resources) Specialist to enhance our ITS team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in the Staffing and Resource Management modules within Certinia PS Cloud, alongside proficiency in integrating with Workday and managing staff configurations in Salesforce and Certinia.

Key Responsibilities

Application Management

  • Administering and maintaining the Certinia PS Cloud application, focusing on Resource Management, Staffing, and Time Entry modules, along with custom functionalities tailored for Human Capital.
  • Implementing and managing enhancements related to Talent Management and Human Capital Operations.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to resolve integration-related inquiries with systems such as Workday and internal performance management tools.
  • Overseeing user provisioning processes for new hires and project assignments to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of user assignments and project staffing levels.
  • Facilitating adjustments to user roles, permissions, and access levels.
  • Supporting compliance in offboarding processes within Certinia.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Acting as a conduit between Human Capital, Talent Management, Finance, and Certinia technical teams to address application-related requirements.
  • Delivering technical solutions that align with business needs.
  • Conducting training sessions to educate users on application functionalities and best practices.
  • Coordinating with Human Capital Operations, Resource Managers, and Project Managers to align resource needs with system capabilities.

Technical Support and Documentation

  • Providing technical assistance to internal teams regarding Certinia applications.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for application processes and configurations.
  • Ensuring data integrity and security within the applications.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and Certinia/FinancialForce.
  • Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce and Certinia with Workday.
  • A solid background in Human Capital Management, including user provisioning, staffing, and offboarding.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in integration environments.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
