About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce and FinancialForce Administrator to join our MMC Technology Team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting, administering, and maintaining Certinia PS Cloud and ERP Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting month-end closure financial processes
- Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation
- Acting as a liaison between the business, finance, and business relationship managers to understand and address application-related needs
- Providing technical solutions to meet business requirements
- Driving the development and enhancements of the application relating to finance and accounting matters
- Conducting user training sessions on application functionalities and best practices
- Offering technical support to internal teams regarding Certinia applications
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for application processes and configurations
- Ensuring data integrity and security within the applications
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Certinia Accounting (FinancialForce)
- Solid background in accounting practices, especially in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition
- Experience with WIP and backlog reporting is desired
- Demonstrated capability to work with business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions
- Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps
- Qualification or degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, or a related field is expected
