Oliver Wyman is looking for a Certinia Huan Resources / Human Capital Administrator to join our ITS team in London

Please Note: Oliver Wyman/MMC operates a hybrid working policy and we will require the successful candidate to work from the London Baker Street office at least 60% of the time.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce and Certinia Human Capital / Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic OWG Tech department.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Staffing and Resource Management modules within Certinia PS Cloud, as well as experience integrating with Workday, managing staff setup in Salesforce and Certinia.

This role is crucial for ensuring efficient processes for out Talent Management and HC Operations areas within our organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Management
    • Supporting, administering and maintaining Certinia PS Cloud application with a focus on the Resource Management, Staffing and Time Entry modules, as well as custom HC related functionalities built within the Certinia OW (Oliver Wyman) Solution.
    • Implementing and overseeing application changes and enhancements related to Talent Management and HC Operations business areas.
    • Collaborating with other Tech teams addressing issues and questions about integrations with other systems such as Workday and Performance Management internal OW tools.
    • Overseeing and ensure the correct performance of the user provisioning process for new hires and project assignments.
    • Supporting the maintenance records of user assignments and project staffing levels.
    • Supporting and maintaining changes to processes in user roles setup, permission assignments and access levels.
    • Supporting offboarding processes in Certinia to ensure they meet compliance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Acting as a liaison between Human Capital/Talent Management/Finance business areas, business relationship managers and Certinia technical teams to understand and address application-related needs.
    • Providing technical solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Conducting user training sessions on application functionalities and best practices.
    • Coordinating with HC Ops, Resource Managers and Project Managers to align resourcing needs with system capabilities.
  • Technical Support and Documentation
    • Offering technical support to internal teams regarding Certinia applications.
    • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for application processes and configurations.
    • Ensuring data integrity and security within the applications.

What we'd love to see from you:

  • You'll have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and Certinia/FinancialForce
  • Proven experience of integrating Salesforce and Certinia with Workday
  • A strong background in Human Capital Management; user provisioning, staffing, and off boarding.
  • A demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in integration environments.
  • A demonstrated capability to work with business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions
  • Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • A Qualification or degree in Computer Science or a related field is expected
