Human Resources Operations Lead

Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our organization, the Human Resources Operations Lead will play a crucial role in enhancing our workplace environment. Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will oversee the establishment and management of our central human resources administration team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing the new Human Resources Operations team by assessing and implementing innovative processes, workflows, and operational methodologies.
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring the Human Resources Operations Team, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborating closely with the Human Resources and Culture Management team to devise and execute a comprehensive people and culture strategy.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to uncover trends and deliver insights that enhance our human resources and cultural practices.
  • Providing support for strategic human resources and culture initiatives.
