About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce and FinancialForce Administrator to join our MMC Technology Team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our Certinia PS Cloud and ERP Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and administering Certinia PS Cloud and ERP Cloud applications
  • Supporting month-end closure financial processes
  • Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Acting as a liaison between the business, finance, and business relationship managers to understand and address application-related needs
  • Providing technical solutions to meet business requirements
  • Driving the development and enhancements of the application relating to finance and accounting matters
  • Conducting user training sessions on application functionalities and best practices

Technical Support and Documentation:

  • Offering technical support to internal teams regarding Certinia applications
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for application processes and configurations
  • Ensuring data integrity and security within the applications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Certinia Accounting (FinancialForce)
  • Solid background in accounting practices, especially in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition
  • Experience with WIP and backlog reporting is desired
  • Demonstrated capability to work with business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions
  • Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps
  • Qualification or degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, or a related field is expected
