About the Role:
The post holder will be the 'Registered Manager' for the home as specified in the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and required to fulfill the obligations set out in the Quality Standards.

We provide safe, loving and holistic care ensuring our children and young people achieve emotional sustainability and the ability to form lasting relationships.
We are committed to working issues through, to be tenacious in working in a planned way to achieve the best outcomes for our children and young people through establishing small achievable targets within a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2 years experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting within the last 5 years.
- Must hold or be working toward a recognised professional qualification relevant to working with children and young people.
- Regulation 28 of the Children's Homes, (England) Regulations 2015 requires a Registered Manager to obtain Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care or an equivalent qualification.
