Role Overview:


This full-time position involves working closely with pupils who exhibit challenging behaviours or have additional learning requirements.


You will need to exhibit resilience and confidence in your ability to engage with these students effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for demonstrating excellent behaviour management techniques and effectively guiding small groups as well as providing one-on-one support.


Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, candidates should ideally possess a level 3 qualification or degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education, along with experience in handling challenging behaviours and SEND.
