Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fabric Recruitment. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying and leveraging sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales and Service: Identify and leverage sales opportunities with existing clients to drive revenue and growth, while providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks, including order and invoice processing, CRM maintenance, customer account setup, and return processing.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to improving overall customer experience by providing exceptional service and support, and work collaboratively with the sales and service team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Show a track record of managing customers, accounts, and expectations effectively in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit outstanding customer service skills and a talent for building strong, lasting relationships, with excellent communication abilities and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong skills in MS Office applications, with a particular emphasis on Excel, and have hands-on experience with IT systems, including CRM and ERP platforms.
