Client Support Specialist

Position Overview:
As a Client Support Specialist at Onebright, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the mental health experiences of our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing both incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring effective case management, and providing essential administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries through calls and correspondence.
- Deliver proactive support and case management for clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel to the Head Office on a regular basis.
- Experience with case management software is advantageous.
