NRS Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to enhance our supportive team, providing exceptional service to our Wheelchair Services users.

Our services empower individuals to remain in their homes, reducing unnecessary hospital stays and enabling the NHS to focus on critical care where it is most needed.

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our service. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the delivery and collection of equipment with service users, as well as handling inbound inquiries from Service Users and Occupational Therapists. This position offers a diverse range of tasks.

To excel in this role, you must possess a professional telephone demeanor, demonstrate empathy towards our service users, and maintain a systematic approach to your work, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Strong organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in updating and managing system information according to our established procedures.

In addition to assisting Service Users, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

This role demands strong computer skills and prior experience in customer service environments.

Above all, you will need the compassion and care necessary to ensure our service operates effectively, providing our Service Users with the highest standard of customer service.
