NRS Healthcare is seeking a new Client Support Specialist to join our welcoming team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our Wheelchair Services users.
We are in search of enthusiastic individuals who are committed to our goal of improving the quality of life and independence for our clients on a daily basis. Our services empower individuals to stay in their homes, minimizing unnecessary hospital stays and enabling the NHS to focus on essential care where it is most required.
As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our service. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the delivery and collection of equipment with users, as well as handling incoming calls from clients and Occupational Therapists. This position will offer a diverse range of tasks.
You will need to possess a strong telephone presence, demonstrate empathy towards our clients, and approach your work methodically to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. With excellent organizational abilities, you should also be adept at entering and updating system information in accordance with our established procedures.
In addition to assisting clients, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
This role demands proficient computer skills and prior experience in customer service environments.
Most importantly, you will embody the compassion and care necessary to ensure our service operates effectively, providing our clients with the highest standard of support.
