Position: SDR Manager

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

Compensation: £70k base salary (up to £85k OTE, uncapped)

This organization is dedicated to delivering regulatory technology solutions that significantly enhance client operations, simplifying their compliance procedures. They boast a high-achieving SDR team and are in search of a player/manager to join their ranks and grow alongside the business. The company is poised for expansion and requires a seasoned SDR Manager to recruit, train, and nurture both current and future team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve in a dual capacity as both a contributor and a manager
  • Recruit, train, and guide a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Establish clear performance benchmarks and provide continuous feedback and coaching to optimize both individual and team outcomes
  • Identify, secure, and oversee strategic alliances to foster business growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance partnership opportunities and sales effectiveness
  • Scout for potential partners, negotiate agreements, and establish enduring collaborations
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual benefits
  • Act as the primary point of contact between partners and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and project execution
  • Monitor and support the execution of partnership agreements
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives through strategic partnerships

Required Experience:

  • 4+ years of demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, particularly within the SaaS or RegTech industries
  • Experience in team management
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
  • Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and identify opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners and internal teams
