As a key member of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads and building the sales pipeline for Document360. Your responsibilities will encompass prospecting potential clients, conducting research, qualifying leads, and engaging with prospects across various levels within organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize a range of communication channels, including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, to initiate conversations and schedule product demonstrations.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective customers to identify their needs and pain points.
- Engage with decision-makers (C-suite executives, Product Managers, Customer Experience Teams) to understand their business challenges and demonstrate the value proposition of Document360.
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates within our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to convert qualified leads into closed deals.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the SDR process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in sales development. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and research skills, coupled with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an SDR, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and build relationships with potential customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
