Administrative Support Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Ward Clerk to join our administrative team at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the chemotherapy day unit and Turner ward, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to patients.
Main Responsibilities
The team provides administrative support, including clinic preparation, appointments, reception, ward clerk duties, and telephone calls. The successful applicant will have a good standard of general education, including GCSE in Maths and English, and experience in an administrative role. IT skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload are essential.
