Overview:

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to become a vital part of our extensive and intricate professional services organization. This position serves as the strategic liaison with the business regarding all personnel-related matters and will be integrated into the leadership team, acting as the principal facilitator and promoter of our people strategy while driving transformative initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate the organizational strategy into actionable deliverables from a human resources perspective, collaborating with the broader HR team and various business functions, as well as centers of excellence, to implement HR initiatives effectively.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to provide necessary support across all human resource areas, including talent management, succession planning, development, and leadership.
  • Assist business functions during a transitional phase and organizational development as the company undergoes significant transformation.
  • Establish the framework and methodology for key cyclical HR activities, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Champion the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda, integrating initiatives throughout all aspects of the people strategy.
  • Oversee a team of two HR Business Partners.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex matrix structure, preferably in financial or professional services, supporting front office or advisory client groups.
  • Comprehensive experience in all facets of HR Business Partnering, including talent acquisition, succession planning, restructuring, annual compensation processes, external benchmarking, employee relations, and case management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and drive HR initiatives and change in a dynamic, complex environment.
  • Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to human capital solutions.
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
