Key Responsibilities:
Are you enthusiastic about analytics, stock management, and relationship building?Your Responsibilities:
Enhancing Sales and Building Partnerships: Formulate strategies to boost sales and profitability for key brands while nurturing strong relationships. Actively seek opportunities for revenue enhancement and margin improvement through strategic merchandising and pricing.
Independent Management of Key Brands: Assume responsibility for the performance of key brands, including overseeing sales budgets and profit objectives.
Internal Collaboration and Business Acumen: Work closely with internal teams to ensure support for brand initiatives and develop a thorough understanding of the company's operations to guide decision-making and strategy.
Sales Budget Management: Create and oversee sales budgets for key brands, ensuring alignment with overall financial objectives. Track sales performance against targets and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Preparation and Brand Engagement: Compile detailed packs for selection meetings, offering insights into past performance and future potential. Engage with brands to select upcoming season ranges and assess trading performance.
In-Season Performance Monitoring: Analyze in-season sales data to identify opportunities for maximizing sales and minimizing markdowns. Implement effective trading strategies to optimize inventory and pricing.
Mentoring Trainee Merchandisers: Actively participate in the training and development of trainee merchandisers, providing guidance to support their growth.

Excellent Communication Skills: Create engaging presentations for internal discussions and brand partner meetings. Adapt your communication style to suit your audience, ensuring clarity and responsiveness to feedback.
Strong Technical Merchandising Skills: Leverage your technical knowledge to analyze data, forecast sales, and manage inventory effectively. Maintain accuracy in merchandising systems and contract negotiations.
