Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. The successful candidate will work with a small group of students with Autism in a KS2 setting, providing individualized support and interventions to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with Autism in a KS2 setting, providing individualized support and interventions
  • Work closely with the school's SEN team to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that students with Autism receive the support they need to succeed
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure that students receive consistent support
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students with Autism or other special educational needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Graduate from a reputable university
