Our Team:

We are a passionate group of ABA Therapists committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism. We are seeking qualified childcare professionals or those eager to pursue childcare qualifications to join our expanding team of dedicated therapists.

Your Role:

As a Level 3 Childcare Autism Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide individualized and small group instruction to children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Collaborate with a team of therapists to support a diverse range of pupils each day.
  • Deliver tailored educational programs and maintain accurate records of curriculum and behavioral data.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • A valid first aid certificate.
  • Ongoing training and support will be provided.

Requirements:

A clear Enhanced DBS certificate is mandatory, along with two professional reference checks. Candidates must successfully pass all safeguarding and child protection assessments.
