Salary: £23,500 per annum, increasing to £24,500 upon successful completion of probation
Contract: Full-time, permanent, with hours between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Since our inception in 2000, we have been committed to delivering a comprehensive range of services aimed at enhancing the lives of young people with autism. Our team of ABA Therapists is passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of those we serve.

Role Overview: We are seeking qualified childcare professionals, as well as individuals eager to pursue childcare qualifications, to join our expanding team of therapists. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver individualized support and education to children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

You will collaborate with a diverse group of pupils each day within our vibrant, Ofsted Registered Therapy Centre, providing both one-on-one and small group instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored educational programs to each child
  • Record and analyze curriculum and behavioral data
  • Work collaboratively with a team of therapists

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 in childcare or equivalent (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
  • First aid certification
