Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of repeat customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate outbound calls to leads to create sales opportunities through understanding customer needs.
- Ensure a prompt response to all customer enquiries; from the web, phone, and email.
- Provide excellent customer service and find solutions to customer problems.
- Timely preparation of sending quotes.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular calls.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Confident communicator by phone and email.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness.
- Good time management.
- Computer literate.
- Clean DBS check.
