About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to maintain and grow a portfolio of repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively initiate outbound calls to leads to create sales opportunities through understanding customer needs.
  • Ensure a prompt response to all customer enquiries; from the web, phone, and chat.
  • Provide excellent customer service and find solutions to customer problems.
  • Timely preparation of sending quotes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular calls.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
