About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development/Sales Executive to join our team at Add Resource and Labour. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as working with existing clients to maximize sales potential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
