About the Role

As a Nested Area Partner, you'll be responsible for developing and executing your local strategy, marketing tactics, and business growth plan. With the autonomy to work independently, you'll have the freedom to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best.

We provide comprehensive marketing support, including doorknocking, direct mail, and local advertising. Our marketing professionals are available to guide you every step of the way.

This is a unique opportunity to run your own estate agency business, backed by Nested's brand, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a local business growth strategy, leveraging your expertise in valuing residential property, winning business, and selling stock.
  2. Manage a marketing budget, generate leads, and build a local valuation machine.
  3. Align with the Nested brand and adopt a customer-centric approach, prioritizing exceptional customer service.
  4. Utilize our market-leading customer app to provide exclusive property insights, manage viewings, and streamline communication with clients.
  5. Participate in a values-driven estate agency with ambitious growth plans, an active Area Partner community, and hands-on training to support your career development.
