About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at ARO. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT Support and Maintenance
    • Provide technical support and maintenance for all hardware and software within our organization.
    • Manage and deliver an effective IT support service to ensure business continuity.
  • Network and System Administration
    • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network and system infrastructure.
    • Utilize knowledge of networking technologies to assist with desktop issues.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and processes.
    • Update knowledge base to improve support operations and identify skills gaps.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
    • Communicate technical information to non-technical staff and clients in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong understanding of networking technologies and IT systems.
    • Experience with desktop troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Ability to work with staff at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Business Acumen
    • Understanding of business operations and the importance of IT in supporting business goals.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
