  • Supervise and sustain Azure resources including virtual machines, storage solutions, networking components, and databases.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues associated with Azure services and infrastructure.
  • Administer Azure Virtual networks, infrastructure, and virtual machines.
  • Set up Azure Virtual Desktop, storage accounts, Azure Files, and Azure Backup services.
  • Comprehend Network Security Groups (NSGs), Logic Apps, Function Apps, Azure Advisor, among others.
  • Oversee fundamental infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Manage customer support tickets, incident resolution, and escalation processes.
  • Provide on-call support and mitigate operational risks.
  • Assist with client engagements, supplier quotes, and pre-sales technical assistance.
  • Exhibit a personal commitment to enhancement and ongoing education.
