Membership Growth Specialist

Make UK Defence is seeking a highly skilled Membership Manager to join our team in the South East of England. As a key ambassador for our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the commercial, business, and economic interests of our members.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Commercial team in identifying partnership opportunities to drive business growth and revenue.
- Lead local member connect activities and regional meetings to foster strong relationships with our members.
- Raise awareness of our broader commercial and business support offerings to enhance member engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to retain members and encourage subscription upgrades to other Make UK services.
- Proven sales/business development/account management experience, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent customer and/or member care skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and Word, with a working knowledge of the local economy desirable.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, with excellent organizational skills and effective time management.
- Willingness to take responsibility and seek support when necessary, with a flexible approach to working from a home base or office as required.
