About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business leads to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
