{"About the Role": "We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team at Changing Lives, a nationwide charity helping people facing challenging circumstances to make positive change. As a Project Worker, you will provide a secure, warm, and safe environment for residents staying at Halton and Brennan Lodge, supporting them to overcome complex problems and develop life skills to achieve independent living.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a responsive, friendly, and professional response in cases of emergency and crisis
* Support residents with complex problems to overcome their challenges and develop the life skills to enable them to move on and sustain independent living
* Provide a safe and secure environment to enable people with chaotic lifestyles, educational or health issues to stabilize their lives and reach their goals
* Support residents to achieve positive outcomes across key life areas, including independent living skills, community links, and social inclusion, meaningful occupation and pathways to employment, social skills and self-management, quality of life and aspirations, health and well-being, financial management and economic well-being, reduction in offending behaviors, management of alcohol and substance misuse issues, and obtaining and sustaining own tenancy
