Job Overview

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our company. You will work closely with the management team to provide administrative support and contribute to the overall success of Aim.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other communication materials
  • Maintain and update company databases and files
  • Assist in budget management and expense tracking
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients
  • Conduct market research and assist in the preparation of reports
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of company events
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with budgeting and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
