Job Title: Lead Customer Service

As the Lead Customer Service professional, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing documentation processes for Sales and Purchase Orders.
  • Guaranteeing precise setup of Sales Orders in alignment with client agreements.
  • Evaluating the accuracy of customer Purchase Orders, demand forecasting, and shipping conditions.
  • Authorizing invoicing and aiding in financial audits.
  • Conducting revenue reconciliations and contributing to budgeting and forecasting efforts.
  • Addressing invoice inquiries and discrepancies for Accounts Receivable.
  • Managing SAP Master Data, including materials and pricing.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and numerical abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse cultures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
