Job Summary:

The role of Customer Service Advisor is critical in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing world-class customer service by taking ownership of and resolving all enquiries within the customer's first contact.
  2. Triageing issues with the customer on the phone and offering suitable remedial actions.
  3. Arranging and confirming appointments for customers to meet their needs and achieve an efficient means of working for our field-based clinical team.
  4. Contacting customers to assess their satisfaction with our services and offering further assistance if necessary.
  5. Dealing effectively with inbound calls and messages from our clinical field-based colleagues, helping to efficiently resolve issues.
  6. Engaging with and supporting the achievement of targets designed to deliver a prompt and efficient service to our customers and to grow our business.
  7. Contributing to our customers' experience by highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement.
  8. Able to recognize and deliver consistently excellent customer service.
  9. Able to exhibit a positive 'can-do' attitude and strive to achieve personal best performance.
  10. A flexible approach to change and adaptability to the needs of our customers.
  11. Competent in using IT applications such as CRM/customer information systems and Microsoft systems.
  12. A background in a customer service role is desirable.
