As the Lead Customer Service, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing documentation processes for Sales and Purchase Orders.
- Guaranteeing precise setup of Sales Orders in accordance with client agreements.
- Evaluating the accuracy of customer Purchase Orders, demand forecasting, and shipping conditions.
- Authorizing invoicing and aiding in financial audits.
- Conducting revenue reconciliations and contributing to budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Addressing invoice inquiries and discrepancies for Accounts Receivable.
- Managing SAP Master Data, including materials and pricing.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and numerical abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to collaborate across diverse cultures.
