Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Lead to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for coordinating sales and purchase orders, interpreting client contracts, and ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales and purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Interpret client contracts to ensure correct sales order setup and review customer PO accuracy.
  • Check and approve invoicing prior to processing and provide support for financial audits.
  • Complete weekly and monthly revenue reconciliations and participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Review and resolve invoice queries and anomalies to support Accounts Receivable cash collections.
  • Manage SAP Master Data, including materials and pricing.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in English language (oral and written).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capable of working across geographical demographics and cultures.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft suite, particularly Excel.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
