Job Title: Lead Customer Service

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Customer Service professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for coordinating documentation, creating, issuing, and managing Sales and Purchase Orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret client contracts to ensure accurate Sales Order setup, reviewing customer PO accuracy, demand forecasting, customer contract conditions, special VAT handling requirements, shipping terms, and more.
  • Check and approve invoicing prior to processing and provide support for financial audits.
  • Complete weekly and monthly revenue reconciliations and participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Review and resolve invoice queries and anomalies to support Accounts Receivable cash collections.
  • Manage SAP Master Data, including materials and pricing.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and numerical skills.
  • Able to work independently with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in English language (oral and written).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capable of working across geographical demographics and cultures.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft suite, particularly Excel.
Desirable Skills:
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
