About the Role
We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best possible experience.
Process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey using our in-house systems.
Work with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
