Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Project Officer to join our team in the Midlands. As a Project Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our development programme, working closely with colleagues to drive forward our growth targets.
About the Role
This is a home-based role, but you'll need to be located within the region and have a valid driver's license. You'll be responsible for supporting the development team, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development team in delivering our growth targets
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including developers, architects, and contractors
- Ensure the smooth delivery of projects, from conception to completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the development team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong interest in or knowledge of housing, particularly affordable housing
- Excellent administrative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A customer-focused approach to your work
- Confidence, independence, and a proactive approach to your work and relationships with colleagues
