Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all telephone calls in a professional and polite manner within three rings.
  • Deliver work of an extremely high standard in the agreed timescales with clients.
  • Create and manage a welcoming and comfortable reception area that is always smart in appearance.
  • Monitor and maintain standards of communal areas throughout the site.
  • Answer calls from other offices as required.
  • Respond to clients and visitors in a friendly and approachable manner while presenting a professional image.
  • Manage Meeting Rooms and meetings, including refreshments and administrative support.
  • Oversee support staff for maintenance and cleaning.
  • Prioritize a varied and changing workload.
  • Develop good client relationships and identify buying/selling opportunities.
  • Provide general tea/coffee making for visitors and clients.
  • Assist the Centre Manager with operational issues for the smooth management of centre operations.
  • Assist with client arrivals, moves, and departures.
