Client Support Specialist in Social Housing

We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Morgan Sindall Property Services.
This full-time role involves managing a significant volume of incoming communications, collaborating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors to effectively coordinate appointments. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all scheduled tasks align with our contractual Service Level Agreements, maintaining transparency and reliability in our commitments.
As a Client Support Specialist, you will engage with residents through various communication channels, including phone and email, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize our MSi system to efficiently allocate available operatives and subcontractors to tasks.
- Address complex repair inquiries and manage challenging customer interactions, fostering trust and confidence.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience in the repairs and maintenance sector or a related trade.
- A proven track record of handling high call volumes with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
